chore: update gitignore and nix configurations

- Add `result` and `result/` to `.gitignore`
- Remove `proton-ge-bin` from Steam packages
- Update laptop flake configuration with hardware optimizations
- Adjust graphics and locale settings
- Disable `power-profiles-daemon` in utils and laptop configs
